Who we are
Caravel Partners Ltd. is a BVI-registered company owned by British and Russian citizens who are professionals in offshore investment services and international law.
The company works in Russia and Africa.
The company's CEO, Benedict Carter, worked in the former Soviet Union for twelve years and has been a financial services professional for sixteen years. He has worked in Dubai, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia, founded and later sold Russia's second-largest offshore brokerage, and has spent some time working in Africa. A graduate of Cambridge University and of Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, he specializes in asset allocation and money management work. He speaks English, Russian and Portuguese. Benedict's interests are many, and include history, books, rugby and cricket.

Marina Tarantsova is a citizen of the Russian Federation. She has 12 years’ experience in marketing and foreign trade. She has worked in both Russian and foreign businesses in Moscow and latterly was an Executie Secretary for the “Delovaya Rossiya” organization. She was educated at Rostov-on-Don State University and also has a degree from Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics.
