An Executive Director of Caravel, Ben also acts as Managing Partner of Kingsbury & Partners. Ben is tasked with overseeing strategy and direction across all divisions to deliver their mission and vision with a particular focus on growth into new markets, expanding partnerships, and strengthening existing ones. Ambitious in his plans, he aims to create an industry standard in the UK and offshore markets through a transparent and objective approach to the distribution, execution, and delivery of financial and lifestyle opportunities to High-Net-Worth-Individuals and their families.

Ben entered the financial services and wealth management industry in 2021 working as paraplanner for a leading wealth investment brokerage in the Middle East before qualifying as a Financial Advisor through the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI) with a Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (2022).

Following this, Ben worked as Head of Capital Markets for a UK-based asset management company distributing alternative investments to financial intermediaries including wealth managers, investment companies and networks from Latin America, Western Europe, the GCC and the Far East and Australia. During his tenure, Ben was recognised by the prestigious Money Magazine for his leadership and success, being awarded the ‘Outstanding Leadership Award’ at the Finance and Real Estate Conference in Dubai in 2023. Ben is a graduate from the University of Warwick (UK) having read History and Politics (2017-2020).
