Caravel Partners

Emerging Africa’s finest offshore wealth management firm.

World-class solutions, world-class people.

An Introduction to Caravel Partners

A warm welcome to the ‘short form’ interim website of Caravel Partners, an independent advisory firm already radically raising the bar for offshore wealth management services in Africa.

Our team boasts over one hundred years of direct investment advisory, financial planning and other financial services experience. Our Investment Advisors have extensive expertise in various regions across the globe, not only in Africa, but also in the UK, Europe, Latin America, the Gulf and Asia.

We live and work alongside our clients. We know, love and are part of Africa, understanding your challenges, your aspirations and your needs. We are here for you and your families and would be delighted to meet you to discuss your needs.

Our Values

Our Values are summarized as, before all else, high ethical standards which prioritise:

Empowerment

Empowerment of all personnel through the provision of knowledge, world-class industry qualifications and social and personal development.

Fully Compliant

Fully compliant business processes in line with the risk-based framework of our regulator for the protection and benefit of all our clients and the societies in which we work and operate.

Offshore Savings

The use of offshore savings, investment and income-generating solutions whose safety and security features are paramount.

Charitable Giving

Charitable giving. We will dedicate donations, when possible, to the welfare and education of African children. In Zambia we support local orphanages in Lusaka. Other projects in Nigeria, Gabon, Kenya and South Africa have been identified.

Our Mission

Our Mission is simply as follows: as the region between the Sahara and South Africa develops and grows, we will grow with it, making the company the dominant provider of offshore solutions over the entire region. Our commitment will always lie in prioritizing our clients' needs and acting in their best interests with unwavering honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of duty.

We strive to go above and beyond to understand our clients’ objectives and challenges; and by gaining a deep understanding of their unique circumstances, including lifestyle, risk tolerance, and aspirations, we will create tailored strategies and solutions designed to meet their  personal needs and requirements.

Our Approach

Our “London Wealth Management in Africa” stance means we bring to Africa products and services simply unavailable to local banks and other financial institutions – with full disclosure and competitive charges.

Africans face a particular range of challenges and risks and our solutions and products have been built with these specifically in mind. Partnering with very many famous financial institutions and other providers of superior investment assets, Caravel Partners seeks to offer its HNW and UHNW clients the same service enjoyed by clients of Private Banks in London; and to offer all its clients the most modern savings and investment products available.

Whether you are seeking to protect your family against your untimely demise, build capital over the longer term via regular savings or invest a capital sum, we will examine your personal situation, objectives, time horizon and risk appetite to design the best solution for you and manage your growing wealth for you to ensure the best possible outcome.

With offices in Zambia and Mauritius, with Nigeria, Uganda and others to follow, we bring you a wealth of offshore products and services and a range of HNW solutions to meet all your portfolio management and capital growth, retirement, education fee planning and other needs, such as ensuring wealth can be passed safely to the next generation.

Why Zambia?

Caravel’s entry to Zambia was planned from May 2022 and took effect a year later, in June 2023. Zambia was identified as the right location for the company to commence its operations in the southern region of Africa. Among the company’s main considerations were that the country is geographically well-located, with several markets on its borders; developing safari, tourism, agricultural and mining sectors; has a growing private commercial sector with an educated urban workforce and a forward-looking Government and highly-regarded President.
